Our wonderful experience with Jacqui Johnston began in July 2019. We have been considering for a few years about relocating from Auckland. Dunedin was a strong choice because of children and grandchildren already living there. So we made a list of potential addresses and did a tour on this particular visit.
One of the houses impressed us so much, we immediately called the agent Jacqui Johnston to arrange a viewing. She was there within 15 minutes. It was love (the house) at first site (and sight). The rest is history. We communicated with Jacqui from a distance during the sale process. Jacqui kept in touch with us to make sure our transition was smooth and pointed us in the direction regarding any questions we had.
Jacqui called in before Christmas with a gift basket, and popped in again a few weeks later to check on our progress. We love our new home and appreciate very much the simple courtesies provided by Jacqui and Steve with their service. I have both arms up in recommending them to future potential buyers.
